Filter panels for HVAC filtration

The efficiency and different versions of Z-panels vary greatly, dependent on the process in which these filters are used. A standard panel can consist out of a flat layer of (glass fibre) medium te catch the largest particles of waste. Other models consist op multiple layers of medium folded into a V-shape to guarantee a large waste storage capacity and high efficiency. The filter medium is leakproof and placed into a stable framework, manufactured out of water repellant cardboard, metal or plastic. Because of this framework the panels are easily and quickly replaced in an U-profile or an EFC-filter frame.
